blocking ad.adsmatte>goo.gl>youradexchange on my iphone6

I am facing this problem with my Iphone6 especially while accessing any external link in facebook application. Whenever I click on the post which leads to external link in facebook it takes me to the link but immediately reroute to ad.adsmatte>goo.gl>youradexchange opens up in the same tab. Problem is unable to cancel and disable it. I have tried disabling Java script, clearing my history and reinstalling my facebook.

I have read quite a lot and bit confused what to do to resolve this problem for my iphone.
